Hadi Assi has spent 25 years in the mortgage business. Long enough to see that too many good borrowers walk away from a bank empty-handed, not because they can't pay, but because their file doesn't fit a box.
In 2012, that experience became Mortgage Ambassador: an independent brokerage in Montreal built around one idea. If the bank says no, we say yes.
Today we arrange private, alternative, commercial and traditional mortgages for homeowners, investors and business owners across Quebec and Ontario. Some of our files are a first home. Others are a $55 million commercial loan closed in 45 days. Everyone gets the same urgency.
